Immerse the stains in laundry detergent and keep it overnight. After that, the stained clothes must be washed in very warm water.

Have a try with boric acid (borax). This product is wonderful for the difficulty of stains related to dried-on deodorant. It can be used as an alternative to bleach and it does no harm to the environment. Blend with a small amount of water and place on the stain to try to remove. Leave for an hour, and then rinse well before adding the clothing to your normal laundry. (First test an inconspicuous area of clothing to check for color transfer or removal. Works best on white clothes.
